Payment is non-refundable under any circumstance. Credits are consumed when an analysis runs and are retained even if the result contains an error. See our Refund Policy.
Your country of residence
We route your payment through Workolo based on where you live — India pays in INR via PhonePe (UPI/cards), everywhere else pays in USD via PayPal. As we add support for more local currencies, this is the country we'll use, so please keep it accurate.
What paid credits unlock
Every result is private by default. You get 2 free credits every month (up to 5 saved up), and sharing a result with the community earns you 1 more — up to 5 a month. Keep your Connect profile visible for 30 days at a stretch and earn 10 credits with full paid perks — every single time. Fill in every field on your profile (avatar and a Talent-Demo link included) and keep it complete to earn 5 more credits every 30 days.
