Automated screening

Every recording uploaded or captured through raagfinder.com is fingerprinted against a commercial audio database (ACRCloud) before it is analysed or shared. If the audio matches a known commercial release, the result is permanently locked to private: it is never published to the community, never used to train our engine, and the file stays visible only to the account that uploaded it. We remove it on a valid takedown request or when the account is deleted. The credit used for the screening is consumed by the service and is not refundable.

Ownership declaration

Before you submit a clip you must confirm that the recording is your own performance or that you have permission to use it for raag analysis. A result can only be shared publicly if the copyright check is clear and the ownership declaration is on file.

Reporting infringement

If you believe a publicly shared analysis on raagfinder.com uses your copyrighted work without permission, please send a detailed notice to our designated agent. Include the URL of the analysis, a description of the copyrighted work, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.

Counter-notice

If your content was blocked in error and you believe you have the right to use it, contact us at the email above with evidence of your rights. We will review the dispute and restore the content only if the copyright check can be cleared.
